Vision: The procession at carnival on the bikes in Bulgaria consists of bikers in carnival clothes, bicycles laden with flowers, a platform with musicians performing hit songs and melodies. At 11.00 the assembled pilots to NPC greet bikers from the lead 30 minutes and greet musicians with many songs with thematic focus – environmental, health, humor. Procession departs at 11.30 on the particular route in Sofia and the participants expressed the benefits of cycling as an alternative environment-friendly vehicle for citizens of the capital. In 2012 the Carnival theme will be “Keeping Sofia by cycling” Leading the procession was a girl dressed in clothes of St. Sophia – the patron of the city. It calls on the citizens of the capital to live and keep the city clean and to use the bicycle as a vehicle and a means of relaxation. All jointly sing “All of the bikes!” and in a cheerful mood slowly drive the route. Prepared a group of cyclists perform group pieces to demonstrate compliance with traffic rules and maneuverability of the bicycle. Citizens shall be made flyers with the rules for cycling, with the wish to join the cyclists. In the procession may include pedestrians but to shout “I bike.” The procession ends of the bikes again to the NPC with a concert that lasted until 14.00 Bikers give flowers to the audience, sing and dance to the rhythm of music. In 14.00. presenter announces the end of the carnival, all bikers are placed in column three and organized start towards Vitosha, where the carnival is over.
