IMPORTANT:
There will be accompanying the bus which will carry luggage. Each stage will be divided into 3 parts, while some players ride the other resting on the bus. Marathon is not a race. It is important to have people all the time on the road. Most of the stages will be provided shelter in sports halls with a bathroom. In any event, there will be military tents. You’ll need to bring sleeping bag and mat.

Please read and note:
In connection with the organization of the bicycle marathon and extremely limited budget providing the basic subsistence d group stages and organization presentations, we have to inform you that a partial organizers said participation can provide a common shelter (sports hall with a bathroom) with the main group and an accompanying bus for storage but cannot bear the costs of food and other necessities.
Also you will need to ensure your arrival at the initial stage you return back after the final stage. At each stage group meets 08-30 am in front of the municipality. For Sofia city – in front of the NDK palace.

Please note the following:
It is imperative to start to train at least 2 weeks before the event to avoid muscle strain. 3 times a week for 20-30km is enough.

Necessary equipment

Indispensable things:

1. Sleeping bag, mat. (Shelter – a sports hall with bathroom)

2. For the bicycle: (will be provided road service.)
To arrange:
- Suitable for asphalt bicycle.
- Device (padlock) to lock the bicycle;
- Suitable tires for asphalt. (Applies to MTB wheels)
- Make a complete review of the bicycle in good bike service. Each failure is borne by everyone in the group;
- 2-3 spare inner tube, patches.

3. For you: (luggage will be transported in an accompanying bus)
- Raincoat or specialized equipment for wet weather; advisable to have trousers and leggings for rain that will keep your feet dry.
- Clothes – of your choice, (underwear, shirts and socks, they do not occupy much space, and washed the road, cycling cleat light shorts, a polar upper cat outfit for cool evenings, light jacket and trousers, wind, lightweight flip flops.) For clothing is recommended to be of synthetic material, this sport not absorb much moisture and dry quickly. Do not try to take aim your wardrobe.
- Personal Hygiene: soap or shower gel, toothpaste and toothbrush, toilet paper, towel, room for clothing (line 5-10 meters)
- Feeding: plastic cutlery, plastic cup and plastic box with lid 1 l.za food, it is desirable to carry a thermos.
