“Factor Foundation” was registered on 13.08.2009 according to the Law on Non-profit legal entities. It is entered in the Central Registry for Non-profit legal entities with the objective to carry out socially beneficial activity, under № 20.091.116.011. Registration number of the mark “i THINK!” is 76139. All rides reserved.

The priorities of “Factor” Foundation are science and ecology. The basic idea is the creation and use of enduring, sustainable and environmentally friendly products, through scientific and ecological researches. For the purpose we use different approaches, both to raise funds and to achieve the objectives.

Objectives

Primary objectives of the “Factor Foundation” are:

Increase the ECO culture of the society.
Promote a healthy lifestyle in the civil society.
Encourage and help in the creation of conditions and infrastructure for Cycling Safety, Cycling Tourism, Eco Tourism, Eco transport.
Contribute the development of the industrial sector, in particular the ecologically pure products.
Creative a positive attitude and thinking among the young people in their relation to the environment.
Develop and promote science and art, in broad sense, as a tool for education, communication and social integration.

Scope of activity

“Factor Foundation” initiates, supports and carries out projects, elaborations and researches relevant to its objects. The foundation organizes and conducts seminars, events, forums and others national or international meetings and undertakings according to its goals.

For reaching the objects, “Factor Foundation” will carry out the following activities:

Initiate, support and carry out projects, elaborations and researches relevant to the objects of the foundation.
Publishes informational matters.
Co-operates with organizations, institutions and natural person in the country and abroad.
Organizes and conducts symposia, seminars, forums and others national or international meetings and undertakings according to Foundation’s goals.
Contributes in the building the appropriate infrastructure and conditions for right waste disposal.
Stimulates and contributes in the building the appropriate infrastructure and conditions for Eco transport.
Gives consultations, elaborations, conducts researches and analysis connected with the objects of “Factor Foundation”.
Elaborates, publishes, spreads and sells license and informational matters conducive to reach the objects of the Foundation.
Organizes competitions, exhibitions, public undertakings and others cultural activities conducive to reach the objects of the Foundation.
Organizes expeditions, researches, examinations and others activities conducive to reach the objects of the Foundation.
Elaborates and disposes different materials and products.
Forms and participates in associations according to the Law on Non-profit legal entities.
Participates and conducts other economic activities, which are conducive to reach the main objects of the Foundation.
